Pretty neat. Just wanted to test this "blog" thing, as I have never done it before. I'm not understanding the purpose of it, exactly, but I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually. It looks as though the only purpose of opening an account is to post a blog. Is that correct? Are other features going to be available to account users?
Also, is the "community" actually going to care about why we have Jabber, the application server, or any of that information? Why are we posting it on our website? The way I see it, people are going to look at the website, see technical information only applicable to Toby House employees (Only Main Office employees at that) and say, "What is all this. What does this mean?" Then comes confusion and disinterest. I apologize for being a skeptic, I am just curious, as websites are typically for the public to be informed about us, not so that only employees understand it... does that make sense?
On a positive note, it looks really neat, navigation seems simple and there is obviously other links which do provide the info that perhaps the public is looking for! Great job, you guys. Growth... I see it...
I read the link which you attached to your last comment. I saw some of that info on the home page, but I failed to see the "more info" link (or whatever it's called). So, now that I have read it all, I understand now where this is going. (See? I even used your "compose tips" to italicize the word "all")
Again, AWSOME! I'm really liking it and can't wait to see it's progress. Thanks for all your help, Toby House technical staff!
at the bottom of the Welcome page...which may be useful to know.
i.e. if someone calls asking for directions, you can tell them go to www.tobyhouse.com, click 'Read More' and at the bottom is a link to Google Maps/Toby House...simple, painless.
